International Shipping

We’re thrilled to ship Chez Gagné goodies around the globe! Here’s everything you need to know about international shipping, customs, duties, and delivery timelines so there are no surprises.

Where We Ship

We ship internationally to most countries

Processing & Delivery Times
  • Processing: Orders typically ship within 1 –3 business days.
  • Delivery: Standard international delivery is usually 7–21 business days but may take longer if your order is held at customs.
  • You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
Shipping Rates & Options

  • Standard international shipping is calculated at checkout based on multiple factors (dollar value of the order, destination and weight).
  • In some cases, you may see Express or Insured shipping options at checkout for faster or more secure delivery.
Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

As of August 2025, U.S. customs laws have changed and all packages entering the U.S. may be subject to duties and import taxes, regardless of order value.

  • Customs duties, VAT, or brokerage fees are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
  • Carriers (such as USPS, UPS, DHL) may bill you directly for these fees or require payment at delivery.
  • Each country sets its own import rules, and fees vary by product type and value.
Customs & Delivery Responsibilities
  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other charges once a package leaves our facility.
  • If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned to us, shipping charges, duties, and return freight costs are non-refundable.
  • International orders are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds.
How to Track Your Order

You’ll receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.

  • Once your package leaves the U.S., tracking updates depend on your local carrier and may be delayed by customs scanning.
  • If tracking shows a delay, contact your local customs office for more details—they often have the most accurate information.
Helpful Notes to Avoid Surprises
  • Review your country’s import rules and tariff rates before ordering.
  • Check your carrier’s customs-handling process; some may charge additional handling fees.
  • If you’re sending a gift internationally, remember duties and taxes may still apply to the recipient.
